Linda was born and raised in Pawtucket. Early experiences in property management and rehabbing were among the many gifts bestowed upon her by her late parents, who studiously acquired and shared a knowledge of real estate which would greatly influence her future. She is a critical thinker and able to maintain reassuring calmness, confidence, and control throughout any challenge. Linda has earned a formidable reputation for savviness as a negotiator, while leading with honesty and integrity.
A first-generation, Cape Verdean-American, fluent in Creole and conversant in Spanish and Portuguese, she comes from a large family spread throughout New England. Spending time with relatives in the neighboring cities and towns of RI and MA has allowed her to develop familiarity with a variety of neighborhoods to suit all manner of buyers and sellers. One of the delights of her work is discovering hidden gems throughout the East Coast and pairing them with the right people.
Linda's father John worked for Hasbro for roughly three decades, while her mother Adelaide worked at Conrad Jarvis for an equal length of time. Personal experience with grief and the loss of her beloved parents gave her the ability to understand future planning and its importance in real estate. Linda has developed an amazing sensitivity and orderliness that is indispensable for anyone dealing not only with difficult circumstances, but also business decisions never easily made in emotional times. She knows that every client, every scenario, and every transaction is unique, requiring different approaches and the utmost patience and poise.
